A 54-year-old Savannah, Missouri man is in serious condition after a car accident on Friday morning.
Jimmy Leggans of Savannah was headed northbound on Highway DD just south of Evergreen Terrace in Country Club Village when he drove off the right side of the road, and overcorrected launching his vehicle off of the left side of the highway. Leggans' car went airborn and rolled to the passenger side, coming to a stop in a ravine against the treeline.
Leggans was transported by an Andrew County Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, Missouri.
